Vigil starts with the files a business already controls: CSV exports, Excel workbooks, approved PDF layouts, and local folders. The production workflow runs on the customer-controlled Windows machine and uses customer-controlled folders. Raw invoice rows, generated PDFs, customer names, and mailbox credentials stay local by default.
